About the role:

We are seeking a Sr. Brand Designer to join the brand and content marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for evolving and maintaining our visual identity, producing a range of digital and printed marketing materials, and creating sustainable scalable design processes. This position is ideal for someone with a strong graphic design aesthetic and a background in brand design. A passion for creating visually stunning and effective brand experiences is essential.

This is a full-time, remote position and requires at least 4 hours of overlap with the Pacific Time Zone business hours (ideally, 9:00 am PST - 1:00 pm PST).

What you'll do:

  • Design and update website, digital, and printed brand, and marketing materials.
  • Oversee the visual elements in all published material to ensure the highest quality and brand consistency.
  • Translate campaign, product, and financial concepts into visually compelling layouts and user experiences.
  • Improve product screenshot storytelling using various graphic and animation techniques.
  • Ensure consistency across various channels and departments with brand guidelines.
  • Evolve, expand, and maintain visual brand across all touchpoints.
  • Mentor more Jr. designers in best practices, design process, and ideation.
  • Work cross-functionally to represent multiple stakeholder’s POV.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 8+ years of relevant brand and marketing design experience, with at least 3 years in SaaS companies.
    • Expertise in design tools like Adobe Suite, Figma.
    • Expertise in creating designs for animations, and presentation decks.
    • Proficiency with video editing and production.
    • Experience with WordPress, Hubspot.
  • Strong mentorship and feedback skills or aptitude.
  • Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills in English.
  • Cross-functional and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality outcomes.
  • A strong, modern design aesthetic in your portfolio of previous work.
