Registered Behavior Technician (Trinidad, Colorado)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part-Time (consistent availability across all 5 days of the week)

Pay: $20–$30/hour

Airborne ABA is a fast-growing ABA therapy provider dedicated to helping children thrive at home, in school, and in the community. We are excited to announce a new opportunity to serve families in Trinidad, Colorado with a 15 mile radius to surrounding areas (could include clients in La Junta, Ordway, and Manzanola) and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with children with autism and developmental needs.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Support skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and our clinical team to make a lasting impact.

• ABA or childcare experience a plus (not required — we provide training!)
