About the Role

Airborne ABA is seeking a passionate, skilled, and self-motivated BCBA to deliver fully remote telehealth ABA services to children and families across Colorado—especially those in rural and underserved communities who otherwise struggle to access care.

This position is ideal for a BCBA who:

  • Prefers remote work

  • Enjoys creative problem-solving in telehealth service delivery
  • Thrives with strong administrative support

We handle intake, scheduling, billing, insurance, RBT onboarding, and administrative coordination—so you can stay focused on clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans via telehealth
  • Implement evidence-based interventions using high-quality virtual tools and strategies
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform clinical decisions
  • Provide virtual supervision, coaching, and oversight to RBTs
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary partners remotely
  • Maintain compliant documentation and uphold ethical standards

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification - IS A MUST
  • Must be able to work MST hours
  • Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication and telehealth clinical skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable delivering services remotely
  • Passionate about expanding access to care statewide through innovative service delivery
