Product Manager, Data Activation
Opportunity
As a product manager at Airbyte, you will be responsible for conceiving, scoping, and launching a new Airbyte product offering expanding our footprint into more data movement use cases, such as data activation and reverse ETL. You will work closely with the Senior PM for Enterprise and the entire company to take this new product from 0 to 1. This product is intended to initially be offered as part of our Enterprise Product Suite, which is at the core of the successful monetization and growth of our Open Source and Cloud product offerings.
What You'll Do
- Work backwards from customer conversations to define the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Data Activation
- Lead product pricing strategy in collaboration with the Senior PM for Enterprise
- Drive positioning and messaging with Product Marketing & Partnerships
- Collaborate with our Engineering teams on product technical requirements
- Collaborate with our Product Design team on product user experience
- Collaborate with other PMs and the Community team to mine insights from our Practitioner user base and OSS community about which connectors to create and certify next.
- Collaborate with Support and Sales on both feedback and enablement
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of experience of product management in startups or scale-ups
- Has experience with technical products used by developers or data engineers
- Has experience collaborating with Design to build delightful user experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives on ambiguity by focusing on commercial outcomes
- Strong bias to action and excellent teamwork skills
- Comfortable communicating with users and buyers at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Location
- San Francisco Bay Area. Onsite, 3 days per week.
- For this job- $140,000- $150,000 + a generous equity package, and benefits listed above for US Market. For countries outside of the US we offer benefits and localized salaries based on your region or area.
