What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles in a competitive talent market.
- Proven success managing a high-volume requisition load in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to find and attract candidates for niche skill sets in B2B SaaS, data infrastructure, or AI/ML companies.
