At Aircall, you’ll join a company in motion. We’re ambitious, product-driven, and execution-focused, with visible impact, fast decisions, and real growth.

How we work at Aircall: We’re customer-obsessed, data-driven, and focused on delivering meaningful outcomes. We value ownership, continuous learning, and thoughtful speed. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where trust and impact matter, you’ll feel at home here.

About the Role:

Aircall is looking for a Content Strategist to build the content engine for North America and strengthen our relevance in the AI voice agent category.

You will develop the regional content strategy and turn it into a consistent stream of editorial, video, and organic social content. You will identify the topics, formats, voices, and distribution opportunities that can make Aircall useful, credible, and distinctive to audiences in your market.

This is both a strategic and highly hands-on role. You may bring deeper craft expertise in writing, video, social, or AI-enabled content production, but you should be comfortable moving across formats — from developing an editorial plan and writing a strong point of view to producing a short-form video or responding quickly to a category moment.

You will work closely with Creative, Product Marketing, Integrated Programs, Demand Generation, regional teams, customers, and subject-matter experts to turn Aircall’s expertise into content people want to consume and share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the content strategy and editorial plan for North America, aligned with Aircall’s global narrative and regional growth priorities.
  • Build Aircall’s relevance in the AI voice agent category by identifying important conversations, audience questions, emerging themes, and timely content opportunities.
  • Create and publish content across editorial, video, organic social, customer storytelling, executive thought leadership, and campaign formats.
  • Own the regional organic social calendar and day-to-day channel execution, including copy, creative coordination, publishing, and audience engagement.
  • Develop repeatable video formats and manage production from concept and scripting through editing and distribution.
  • Turn product launches, customer insights, events, research, and internal expertise into compelling regional content.
  • Adapt global narratives and campaign assets for the North American market while identifying where original regional content is required.
  • Build relationships with internal experts, customers, partners, and industry voices who can strengthen Aircall’s authority and reach.
  • Repurpose high-value ideas across formats and channels to extend their relevance and performance.
  • Use AI-supported workflows for research, ideation, drafting, editing, versioning, production, and distribution while maintaining a clear editorial point of view and quality bar.
  • Partner with SEO and web teams to improve the discoverability of content across traditional search and AI-powered answer experiences.
  • Measure performance across reach, engagement, content consumption, organic growth, category visibility, and contribution to broader marketing programs.
  • Apply performance insights and audience feedback to continuously improve the regional content plan.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, editorial, video, social media, or a related role.
  • B2B SaaS experience is required; experience with AI, communications, customer experience, or sales technology is a strong plus.
  • Deep hands-on strength in at least one content discipline—writing and editing, video production and editing, organic social, or AI-enabled content operations—with the ability to contribute across the others.
  • A portfolio demonstrating original thinking and strong execution across relevant content formats.
  • Experience translating technical or complex topics into clear, engaging content for business audiences.
  • Strong editorial judgment and an instinct for identifying topics that can build category relevance.
  • Experience owning content calendars and delivering consistently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Practical experience using generative AI and automation to improve content quality, speed, repurposing, or distribution.
  • Strong understanding of organic distribution and how content earns attention across social, search, video, and owned channels.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across creative, product, regional, and go-to-market teams.
  • Experience appearing on camera, interviewing subject-matter experts, or editing video is a strong plus.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
