Come join us!

As Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you own how Aircall talks to prospects and customers by email and in-app message. You build nurture series that move prospects toward conversion, run the engagement programs that keep existing customers active, and manage the calendar and intake process that keep every team's sends coordinated. You report into Product Marketing and work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute campaigns across email and in-app messaging for prospects and customers, including nurture series, activation programs, and retention campaigns.
  • Own the campaign intake process and lifecycle marketing calendar, coordinating sends across teams so customers and prospects do not receive conflicting or duplicate messages.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align nurture and prospect campaigns with pipeline and retention goals.
  • Develop campaign briefs, audience segmentation, targeting strategy, and testing plans for each send.
  • Collaborate with Designers to build and maintain an approved email template library
  • Design and run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and timing to improve engagement across the lifecycle program.
  • Set governance for email and in-app messaging, including frequency caps, approval steps, and review checkpoints.
  • Own the NPS program and Trustpilot review strategy end to end, and route customer feedback to Product and Customer Success.
  • Set KPIs for each campaign, track performance against goals, and use results to guide improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • Experience building nurture series and prospect campaigns, not just post-sale lifecycle programs.
  • Experience running A/B tests and turning results into recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills, comfortable owning a shared calendar and intake process across teams.
  • Clear, direct writing skills and comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Strong AI fluency, with practical experience using AI to improve lifecycle strategy, personalization, content creation, or execution.
  • A test-and-learn mindset, with a habit of reviewing live campaigns regularly and iterating quickly based on results.
  • Experience owning an NPS or customer review program.
  • Familiarity with in-app messaging, push, or SMS tools.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheet analysis of campaign performance data.

Base salary range:

$150,000 - $170,000 USD
