Events Marketing Coordinator

What You Will Do: As the Marketing Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing events that promote Airia's brand and products. You will manage logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure that events run smoothly from start to finish.
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a variety of events, including trade shows, speaking opportunities, hackathons, user community engagements, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials appropriate for our varying event portfolio ranging across personas and verticals.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective planning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners to enhance event success.
- Collect and analyze event feedback to assess success and inform future improvements.
- Research new personas and verticals to assess new events we should consider.
What We Need from You:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
