What You Will Do: As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our AI software solutions. Combining technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills, you will partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements, demonstrate the capabilities of our products, and ensure seamless integration into client environments. This is a client-facing role that requires a blend of technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a passion for AI-driven innovation.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor AI software solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Serve as a technical advisor, addressing client questions and concerns throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position Airia’s products.
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer requirements and market demands.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and other technical documentation.
- Support post-sale activities, including onboarding and integration guidance.
- Develop and deliver tailored technical solutions using scripting languages as needed like Python.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
- Take the initiative to develop new innovative ideas, processes, tools that will help Airia scale the company and customer base.
- Responsible for mentoring junior members of the technical team to benefit their growth and the company's goals.
- Be the voice and face of the company in matters of public speaking either through in-person presentations or webinars.
- Ability to present to prospects and customers at the c-suite level in terms of stakeholders.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines.
What We Need from You:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years' experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a similar technical role, in the AI or enterprise SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python.
- Understanding of AI technologies, prompt engineering, and cloud computing platforms.
- Experience with implementing solutions both on-premise and in the cloud, specifically Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding and experience with REST API integrations
- Hands on experience working with and implementing an AI solution
- A proactive and client-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
