What You Will Do:
As a Solutions Marketing Specialist at Airia, you will play a crucial role in driving the go-to-market strategy for our AI platform in the Healthcare vertical. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing plans that resonate with our target audience and effectively showcase the value of our products.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Airia's AI platform and its features to customers in the healthcare industry.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product positioning.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, website content, social media, and case studies, that effectively communicate product benefits.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Attend relevant industry events and conferences as needed.
What We Need from You:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the technology or AI sectors.
- Experience marketing to the Healthcare sector, highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating persuasive marketing content.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work onsite in a hybrid work environment, 3 days per week
- Experience leveraging AI tools and agents in your day-to-day role and responsibilities
