Role Summary:

The Customer Service Administrator will provide support to Chieftain’s Administrative team by performing clerical and administrative functions relating to day-to-day operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter new clients and applicable information accurately into all systems
  • Maintain records and edit client information as requested
  • Manage walk in, phone, and e-mail traffic of customer service inquiries
  • Coordinate with other departments based on customer inquiries
  • Process cash, cheques, or electronic payments and batch out each day
  • Assist with labour tasks around the yard
  • Loading/unloading fuel trucks

Must haves:

  • Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration or customer service
  • A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support
  • Must be a legally entitled to work in Canada

Nice to haves:

  • Administration or Finance education
  • Forklift skills
