Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst

Overview
We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst who is passionate about turning data into stories. This junior-level role will be a key contributor in building and maintaining dashboards and reports that support performance marketing, operations, and executive decision-making. You’ll work extensively with Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) and Google BigQuery, and you’ll be expected to bring both technical proficiency and strong communication skills to help stakeholders understand what the data is saying—and what to do about it.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Looker Studio
• Extract and manipulate data using SQL / Google BigQuery to support ad hoc requests and recurring analysis
• Partner with marketing and operations teams to track KPIs across the lead generation funnel, from acquisition through conversion
• Monitor data quality and proactively troubleshoot issues related to data accuracy and dashboard performance
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Document dashboard logic and data sources for internal use
• Other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field
• Proficient in Looker Studio and Google BigQuery (SQL expertise required)
• Solid understanding of lead generation business models and performance marketing metrics (CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, etc.)
• Experience transforming raw data into digestible, visually compelling reports
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a high-growth, multi-location consumer services business
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Salesforce
• Basic knowledge of data modeling or ETL processes

Physical Demands

• Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)
• Push/pull/lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation 

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
