Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

We are passionate about how our product democratizes software creation and empowers anyone to “create anything.” Airtable is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead and enhance the Demand Generation team’s operational excellence. In this role, you will develop and deliver a world-class digital experience for our Marketing teams, managing lead operations, optimizing marketing automation, and evolving our platforms to drive demand and support key marketing initiatives.
There is a lot of building to do. We’re looking for someone who is able to roll-up their sleeves, but who are flexible, resourceful, collaborative and excited to join us on our adventure to figure out both the right long term vision and the right next steps for tomorrow.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement lead scoring and routing systems to efficiently qualify and distribute leads.
- Build a high-performing demand generation engine, including lead processes, campaign tracking, and marketing attribution.
- Track key metrics on overall marketing performance including overall marketing contribution to pipeline and campaign performance, surface insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Create dashboards and reports on lead performance metrics, conversions, and provide insights to guide strategy.
- Oversee and optimize the use of marketing automation tools, Salesforce, LeanData, Conversica
- Work closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations driving sales accountability, and to align with overall business goals.
- Ensure lead management practices comply with data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records. Ensure accurate and timely enablement to stakeholders, providing insights into project status and performance
Who you are
- 8+ years of experience in B2B/PLG marketing with a focus on marketing automation systems / CRM management
- Primary experience using and/or implementing Marketo and working with Salesforce, Outreach LeanData
- An enthusiast for all things systems, processes and data, as well as enjoy figuring out how to tackle complex problems that require collaboration with various stakeholders
- A self-starter who can manage marketing process and operations, take initiative to find solutions and focus on what must be done to create success.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Looker, Mode, Omni), able to build dashboards in Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:
$153,000 - $199,300 USD
