Als DACH Field Marketing Manager (FMM) (m/w/d) werden Sie eine entscheidende Rolle in Airtables EMEA-Expansionsstrategie spielen, als "regionale*r CMO" fungieren und das Erlebnis Airtable für Top-Accounts in der DACH-Region gestalten sowie die Airtable-Geschichte auf eine Weise erzählen, die im regionalen Kontext zielführend ist. In dieser Rolle berichten Sie an das EMEA Regional Marketing Team und sind Teil des globalen Field Marketing Teams.

  • Sie erstellen eine Fieldmarketingstrategie, um Airtable-Nutzer*innen und -Interessent*innen unter unseren Top-Ansprechpartnern und Ansprechpartnerinnen und über das Buying-Center hinweg gleichermaßen zu erreichen, die da sind: Builders, Champions und Executives. 
  • Sie verantworten und setzen die regionale Partner-Eventstrategie um und arbeiten eng mit  der Position “Corporate Events Manager” an globalen Best Practices zusammen. 
  • Sie sind direkte*r Ansprechpartner*in im Marketing für regionale Vertriebsteams und fungieren als Marketingleiter*in für die DACH-Vertriebsleitung. Sie kommunizieren regionale Anforderungen an das EMEA- und Corporatemarketing. Sie stellen sicher, dass der Vertrieb (SDR/BDR/AEs) über Kampagnen informiert wird und diese einsetzt. 
  • Sie leiten die Entwicklung und Durchführung von Account-Based-Marketing-Programmen, die darauf abzielen, Interesse zu fördern und die Pipeline in Top-Acounts zu beeinflussen.
  • Sie arbeiten funktionsübergreifend, um die richtigen Ziele und die entsprechende Strategie für die Top-Account-Segmente zu identifizieren und stellen dann die richtigen Aktivitäten zusammen, um erfolgreich zu sein. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit dem EMEA-Regionalmarketing zusammen, um die regionale Kampagnenstrategie zu definieren und Inputs zu dem benötigten Nachrichtenmix und spezifischen Inhalten für die DACH-Ansprache (1-Pager, eBooks usw.) bereitzustellen.
  • Sie arbeiten mit HQ-Leads zusammen, um lokale Airtable-Community-Programme aufzubauen und zu skalieren und um unsere Nutzerbasis in der Region zu stärken und zu begeistern. 
  • Sie berichten über Erfolgsmetriken in der DACH-Region und stimmen diese mit der übergeordneten Marketingstrategie ab. 
  • Sie definieren einzigartige Metriken für Ihre Region in Abstimmung mit der lokalen Führung. 
  • "Sie schließen die Lücken" zwischen EMEA-Marketingprogrammen und den DACH-Bedürfnissen.

Was Sie auszeichnet

  • Fließend in  Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Field Marketing, Executive Programs, ABM und/oder Demand Generation, hauptsächlich im B2B-Technologiebereich.
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßiger Anwesenheit in unserem Münchener Büro.

As the DACH Field Marketing Manager (FMM) you will be a critical player in Airtable’s EMEA expansion strategy, act as “regional CMO,” owning the experience for targeted accounts in the the DACH region, and telling the Airtable story in a way that is most relevant to regional needs.  In this role, you will report into EMEA Regional Marketing and be part of the global Field Marketing team.  

    • Create a field events strategy to engage Airtable users and prospects from target personas and across the buying center: Builders, Champions and Executive.
    • Own and execute regions 3rd party events strategy, working closely with Corporate Events Manager on global best practices.
    • Be the single point of contact in marketing for regional sales teams, acting as the marketing leader for the DACH sales leader.  Communicate regional needs back to EMEA and corporate marketing.  Ensure sales (SDR/BDR/AEs) are briefed and enabled on Campaigns.
    • Lead the development and execution of account-based marketing programs aimed at driving engagement and influencing pipeline at target accounts:  Work cross-functionally to identify the right objectives and corresponding strategy for each targeted account segment, and then assemble the right set of activities needed to achieve success.  
    • Work closely with EMEA regional marketing to define the regional campaign strategy, providing inputs on the mix of messages and specific content needed for DACH activation (1 pagers, eBooks, etc).
    • Work with HQ leads to help build out and scale local Airtable community programs to help engage with and strengthen our in-region user base. 
    • Report on DACH success metrics, aligning to overall marketing strategy. Define unique metrics for your region with buy-in from local leadership.
    • “Fill in the gaps” between EMEA marketing programs and DACH needs.

Who you are

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • 5+ years of field marketing, executive programs, ABM and/or demand generation experience primarily in B2B tech.
  • Willing to perform frequent in-office work in our Munich office. 
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and manage stakeholders.
  • Clear understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and tactics to build engaging customer journeys with strong outcomes. 
  • Demonstrated success owning the strategy, framework, development and execution plans for major field marketing / demand generation / executive programs campaigns.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a quarterly program and travel budgets; tracking spend & impact.
  • Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments.
  • Ability to balance creative thinking and analytical acumen.
  • Knowledgeable in martech tools such as Marketing Automation, CRM systems, ABM platforms, etc. 
  • A flexible, curious attitude with an ability to quickly grasp pivot strategies and make adjustments as programs are in flight.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, thrives in a fast paced environment.
  • A self-starter who can think creatively about how to increase Airtable’s brand awareness across the DACH region.
