Airtable is looking for an creative, adaptable, and innovative Integrated Campaigns Lead to spearhead the strategy, execution, and optimization of high-impact marketing campaigns. In this pivotal role, you’ll be a key driver of our growth efforts, boosting brand visibility and generating demand across multiple channels in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an expert in storytelling and able to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences while communicating the unique value of Airtable’s offerings. You’ll have a proven ability to deliver measurable results through innovative campaigns that drive meaningful business outcomes.

What you'll do

  • As the Integrated Campaigns Lead, you'll be the face of our campaign strategy and approach, managing a team of marketers, contractors, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute your strategy. Working closely with product marketing, content, design, and sales, you’ll turn product positioning into fully executed multi-channel campaigns. This includes developing the campaign framework—target audience segmentation, messaging, and channel mix—to reach the right customers at the right time.

  • As part of Airtable’s integrated campaign strategy, you’ll also oversee our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program to engage high-value accounts and position Airtable as the solution to critical customer pain points to our Enterprise customer base. Additionally, you'll oversee the optimization of our webinar strategy, tightly integrating webinars into our campaigns to drive demand and convert prospects into customers. Your leadership will be key in refining processes, securing resources, and using performance insights to enhance future campaigns.

Key responsibilities

  • Campaign Creation: Collaborate closely with product marketing to interpret key messaging, positioning, and product differentiators, and turn these elements into a comprehensive campaign strategy.  
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Own the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital, content, social media, email, and paid media strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, content, creative, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives and customer needs.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of marketers, external agencies, and contractors. Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring clear communication and accountability across all initiatives.
  • Global Expansion: Drive the expansion of campaigns on a global scale, tailoring strategies to different regions and markets to maximize impact
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Set KPIs and utilize data-driven insights to measure campaign performance, optimize ongoing efforts, and report results to key stakeholders.
  • ABM Strategy: Develop a high-impact ABM strategy aligned to Airtable top accounts and key campaigns.  Tailor content to specific account needs, creating personalized messaging across digital, email, and live experiences (e.g., webinars) to drive engagement with top-tier accounts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present campaign strategies, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership, making recommendations based on insights and performance data.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay on top of industry trends, marketing technologies, and best practices. Identify new opportunities to innovate and elevate campaign performance.

Who you are

  • Qualifications:
    • 10+ years of experience in campaign management, with 2+ years in a leadership or senior role.
    • Proven ability to manage and grow teams, including external agencies and contractors.
    • Strong experience in integrated campaign planning across multiple channels (digital, social, email, corporate events, etc.).
    • Ability to secure resources, make business cases, and manage campaign budgets effectively.
    • Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of analytics and reporting tools.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience working closely with senior leadership.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
    • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and pivot strategies as needed.

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:

$168,000 - $237,900 USD

For all other work locations (including remote), the base salary range for this role is:

$151,200 - $214,100 USD
