Lifecycle Operations Manager

Airtable is looking for a detail-oriented and operationally-focused Lifecycle Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Lifecycle marketing team. This role is critical in supporting marketing initiatives through effective program management and marketing automation.
The role combines the creative process of architecting prescriptive programs, setting up scalable programs, and operationalizing these programs to ensure they produce results. The team works closely with cross-functional partners Field Marketing, Content, Creative, Paid Marketing, and Marketing operations as trusted advisors to drive large-scale impact and transformation across Airtable's demand generation engine. In this role, you will help define, shape, and deliver Marketing programs, providing analytical insights required for successful execution. This high-impact role involves quickly changing priorities and demands, requiring the ability to juggle multiple projects, insightful analysis, and focused execution planning.
What you'll do
- Set up and maintain back-end operations in Marketo for webinars, events, content, and demand generation initiatives
- Maintain and optimize existing lead processing workflows, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support lead nurturing and customer engagement strategies
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Ensure data hygiene and compliance with data privacy regulations
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing automation and integrations to tools
- Document processes and best practices for marketing operations
- Partner with the Analytics team to support data enrichment for enhanced audience segmentation
Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role
- Deep understanding of Marketo, ability to navigate Marketo and reverse engineer workflows
- Proficiency Salesforce, with hands-on experience in setting up and managing marketing programs
- Strong background in B2B marketing and/or Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Desired Skills
- Certification in Marketo and/or Salesforce
- Experience with additional marketing technology tools including webinar platforms
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:
$119,000 - $155,000 USD
