Sales Strategy, Planning & Insights Sr. Analyst

As a Sales Strategy, Planning & Insights Sr. Analyst, you will be joining the Revenue Operations team in supporting a high-growth, fast paced Sales and Business Development org. In this role, you will be a strategic business partner to our sales leadership team, supporting key “run the business” processes as well as supporting broader GTM strategy as part of annual planning. You will directly influence key metrics including forecast accuracy, sales productivity, and pipeline velocity while supporting our mission to scale revenue growth.
Candidates will blend strong business judgment, excellent communication skills and an execution-oriented mindset. There is a lot of building to do. What you'll do
- Be a strategic business partner to Sales leadership globally (scope of partnership coverage spans Corporate Sales segment across Americas & EMEA as well as the BDR organization)
- Support the sales organization with “run the business” activities and deliverables, including driving the forecasting operating rhythm, triangulating forecast with data and analytics, synthesizing insights for QBRs, and partnering with leadership on sales priorities and OKRs
- Analyze the health of the business, and identify key challenges as well as opportunities for growth; build actionable plans to address any headwinds
- Support sales annual planning process globally with primary responsibility for capacity allocation, GTM strategy and design, carving and deploying territories
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives by working closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
Who you are
Experience:
- 3-5 years of total experience
- Minimum of 2 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles within high growth companies, OR equivalent experience in strategy consulting, investment banking with focus on tech/SaaS

- You are a strategic problem solver who can simplify complex problems and recommend relevant and actionable solutions.
- You have a proven track record of execution. You hold yourself and others accountable for delivering against commitments and driving results.
- You are an excellent communicator in all forms (verbal, visual and written) who can facilitate key discussions and drive leadership and cross-functional alignment.
- You are willing to “roll up your sleeves” to drive projects and impact directly.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Bonus: proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) and/or SQL

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:
$136,000 - $177,200 USD
For all other work locations (including remote), the base salary range for this role is:
$122,400 - $159,400 USD
