Creative Producer

What you'll do
- Manage project intake, workflow, and delivery across multiple complex workstreams running simultaneously — web experimentation and optimization, organic social, video production, performance marketing, large-scale events, corporate communications, and more
- Build relationships with stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering to understand their goals and continuously improve collaboration
- Consult on incoming requests to strengthen brief quality and strategic alignment
- Maintain and advance our Airtable operations app (experience building interfaces and formula logic is a strong plus)
- Coordinate a dozen+ staff, contractors, and agency partners to match capabilities to project requirements
- Manage vendor relationships, onboarding, and contract evaluation
- Plan creative capacity and surface conflicts or resource gaps early
- Navigate competing priorities and help teams understand trade-offs when strategic direction or resources require adjustment
Who you are
- 7-10 years in creative production and operations with in-house experience (agency background is a plus)
- Familiar with the disciplines required to launch campaigns, products, and events — visual design, web, copy, social, video, motion
- Comfortable using Airtable and capable of building within it; eager to learn more complex automations and integrations
- Follows AI developments in the creative and advertising industry with genuine interest, knowing how and when to apply them as a complement to human creativity
- Effective at managing multiple creative disciplines and complex workflows simultaneously
- Skilled at stakeholder management across functions and levels, from individual contributors through leadership including VP Design, VP Marketing, as well as Product and Engineering leadership
- Self-directed and adaptable — you don't wait for marching orders
- Someone who builds influence through expertise and relationships, driving outcomes through collaboration

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:
$192,000 - $271,900 USD
