People Programs Manager
Airtable is the no-code app platform that empowers people closest to the work to accelerate their most critical business processes. More than 500,000 organizations, including 80% of the Fortune 100, rely on Airtable to transform how work gets done.
As we execute our vision, we need an exceptional People Programs Manager to make it happen! The People Team’s mission is to be a strategic partner to the business by closely aligning our talent and business objectives and helping every Airtablet thrive professionally and reach their full potential. In this role, you’ll design and manage some of our key People programs including new hire onboarding and a variety of employee engagement initiatives.
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program that gets new employees up to speed on our strategy, our product, and our culture. This includes:
- Design: Collaborate with functional leaders to develop a compelling onboarding curriculum & all associated training material. This includes manager enablement for manager-specific sessions.
- Delivery: You will lead & facilitate in-person onboarding sessions, engaging and delighting audiences through dynamic presentations.
- Iteration: You’ll drive continuous improvement of the program, developing clear success metrics and proactively spotting places where the program could be making a greater impact.
- Oversee key culture-building programs such as our ERG program, our company Values Awards, and our Culture Committee.
- Jump in to help drive other people programs related to performance and manager enablement alongside our Head of People Programs.
Who you are
- You have a minimum of 4 years experience designing and delivering training & enablement programs for high-growth organizations. Experience designing HR-specific content and programs is a plus.
- You have outstanding live presentation & facilitation skills. You love building connections and community, especially in-person.
- You obsess over the employee experience. You see your work through the eyes of your customers (in this case, your fellow Airtablets!) and you’re always aiming to incorporate their feedback and delight them at every turn.
- You’re methodical and strategic, and you care just as much about the “how” as the “what.” You love creating structure where none exists. You are excited by the opportunity to turn your methods into a playbook that others can use to replicate your success.
- You are a self-starter and you navigate ambiguity with ease. You’re scrappy and resourceful when facing challenges of all types.
