Solutions Marketing Lead, Product Operations

As the Solutions Marketing Lead for Product Operations, you’ll be responsible for driving a key strategic priority for Airtable. Product Operations is one of Airtable’s fastest growing use cases and this role will own both the strategy and execution of the end-to-end presence, positioning and customer journey. You’ll work closely with the broader marketing team, sales, product, success and partners. You’ll engage with and design stories for customers from mid-market to the largest brands in the world.
What you'll do
- Define the messaging and positioning for Airtable’s Product Operations solution, highlighting key customer use cases and how they align with business benefits.
- Be the subject matter expert on Product Operations buyers, their challenges, and what it takes to successfully implement product operations software.
- Plan and lead product launches that organize the entire company to rally around a story, an audience and the GTM play.
- Collaborate with the product and sales team to align on roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- Produce a steady stream of engaging content and customer success stories that align to use cases and demonstrate real business results.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to inform messaging and go to market motions.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team, product, sales, and enablement to design and run campaigns, launch products, and deliver integrated go to market efforts.
- Create practical sales materials designed around customer use cases that align to business value and demonstrate
- Own the performance of the end-to-end customer journey, tracking key metrics and using data to optimize strategy and drive consistent growth.
Who you are
- Have 8+ years of experience in product or solutions marketing. Experience with product operations, product management, or product development buyers is a plus.
- Skilled at crafting clear, persuasive messages grounded in real customer examples and practical use cases that resonate with business objectives.
- A strategic thinker who considers the broader market context and long-term growth, aligning marketing initiatives to drive impactful results.
- A communicator who builds strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
- Results-focused and proactive, with a proven track record of taking initiative and meeting measurable goals.
- Passionate about listening to customers and using their feedback to shape marketing efforts and product enhancements that deliver clear business benefits.
- Familiar with business value frameworks and collaborating with customer-facing value consulting teams.

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:
$196,000 - $300,000 USD
