Join Airtable’s Product team as a Product Manager, AI, and help shape the future of work by building intelligent, user-centric AI capabilities into our flagship products, Omni and Field Agents. You’ll partner closely with senior product leaders to deliver transformative, job-to-be-done centric features that drive engagement and unlock new value for our customers. What you'll do

  • Partner with senior product managers to define and execute the AI product roadmap for Omni and/or Field Agents
  • Drive the development and launch of new AI-powered features that make our products more useful, intuitive, and delightful
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality product experiences
  • Engage deeply with users to understand their needs, pain points, and workflows, translating insights into actionable product improvements
  • Use data-driven approaches to measure product impact, inform prioritization, and iterate on features
  • Contribute to the growth of Omni’s weekly active users and/or monthly active apps consuming credits
  • Stay at the forefront of AI/ML advancements and agent-based systems, identifying opportunities to apply them in practical, user-centric ways

Who you are

  • 2–5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with horizontal or data-centric products
  • Demonstrated experience building AI capabilities into products, with fluency in AI/ML concepts and LLMs
  • Technically astute, with a solid understanding of software development, API design, and system architecture
  • Proven success launching 0→1 products or significant new product areas
  • Experience building or working with agent-based AI systems
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of making tough prioritization decisions and articulating clear product strategies
  • Deep empathy for users and a passion for building intuitive, high-quality product experiences
  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator, able to influence and collaborate across diverse teams
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and using data to inform decisions
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:

$170,000 - $221,500 USD
