Our website is one of the most important growth and revenue channels we have. We’re at a point where the web function needs major evolution – converting more visitors, improving organic performance, reducing technical debt, and enabling a publishing engine that can scale.

As Senior Web Producer Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of airtable.com – managing the production pipeline, systems, and workflows that bring Airtable’s story to life on the web. You’ll own the mechanics of how we manage projects and publish: building scalable processes, enabling cross-functional teams to ship confidently, and ensuring every page that goes live meets our quality bar. You’ll work alongside PMM, brand creative, engineering, marketing ops, and more to  introduce Airtable’s solutions and initiatives to millions of users through airtable.com. This is a high impact role where you’ll be trusted to manage complexity across teams, make smart trade-offs under pressure, and keep Airtable’s most important digital property evolving to meet the needs of the business and its users.

What you'll do

  • Lead web production for airtable.com - managing the day-to-day projects and publishing pipeline from briefing through launch, ensuring all webpage updates ship on time, at high quality, and aligned to brand and content standards.
  • Manage the web intake process - triage incoming requests, clarify requirements, set realistic timelines, and ensure the right stakeholders are aligned before work enters production. Additionally, ensure web page updates, content goals, and chatbot strategy are aligned to deliver a cohesive user journey.
  • Serve as the internal CMS expert - create authoring requirements, instructional content, and toolkits that empower teams to self-serve their own web publishing while maintaining quality guardrails. Develop templates, workflows, and documentation that reduce friction and enable teams to move faster.
  • Partner deeply with PMMs, Designers, Engineers, Marketing Ops, and agency partners to drive clarity and alignment from concept to launch.
  • Structure and run planning processes that define scope, resources, milestones, experiment design requirements, and success metrics for both web and chat-integrated experiences.
  • Anticipate risks early, escalate thoughtfully, and build scalable systems and guardrails that keep work moving smoothly across teams.
  • Serve as the connective tissue across functions – coordinating stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and ensuring decision-making is crisp, documented, and biased for user-centered experiences.
  • Represent the Web & SEO team in cross-functional forums, helping teams understand how best to bring their initiatives to life online.
  • Over time, help evolve the web function by expanding experimentation and personalization capabilities and automation. Document technical requirements, create production playbooks, and help teams understand what’s possible within the CMS.

Who you are

  • 6+ years of experience in website management, content strategy, SEO, and analytics, with a proven ability to drive measurable impact on web properties.
  • Deep experience with content management systems and a solid understanding of web design, UX/UI best practices.

  • Partnered closely with SEO, engineering, brand, UX, and different teams to produce meaningful results.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator who can adapt messaging for technical, creative, and executive audiences and drive alignment across teams.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
