Senior Manager, Marketing AI Operations

San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; Austin, TX; Remote - US

Airtable is the no-code app platform that empowers people closest to the work to accelerate their most critical business processes. More than 500,000 organizations, including 80% of the Fortune 100, rely on Airtable to transform how work gets done.

We're hiring a Senior Manager to use marketing operations as a lever to change what's possible, combining agent-native systems, rigorous pipeline intelligence, and disciplined execution to make an agile marketing org run like it's twice the size. You'll stand up and drive Marketing's Agent Center of Excellence, manage the ICs who run our MarTech, Marketing Ops, and Airtable campaign-management systems, and own the highest-stakes work that doesn't fit neatly inside any one function. You'll do it as a player-coach: building and shipping agents yourself, guiding the people who do, and operating with broad visibility across the org and a direct line to the VP of Marketing.

What you'll do

  • Own Marketing's Agent Center of Excellence. Drive the marketing team's agent and agentic-workflow strategy end-to-end, from tool evaluation and use-case prioritization to agent development, maintenance, and adoption.
  • Co-design and ship AI agents (on Airtable, Hyperagent, Claude, and others) with business owners to automate high-volume, repeatable marketing work.
  • Maintain the agent fleet as living infrastructure. Treat the agents and skills the marketing team already relies on as production systems: named owners, versioning, and measurable output.
  • Lead the most complex builds yourself and create the framework for how the team evaluates, adopts, and governs AI responsibly.
  • Raise the AI-fluency floor across all of marketing. Separate what's genuinely useful from hype and give the team a clear point of view on where to invest attention.
  • Manage the ICs who own MarTech, Marketing Ops, and Airtable campaign management. Set direction, grow their agent-engineering capability, and stay hands-on-keyboard yourself.
  • Evolve MOPs into a system that uses AI agents and automation to support predictable pipeline and clean lead management.
  • Drive Airtable MarketingCentral's evolution into an intelligent ops layer and source of truth for how campaigns are briefed, scoped, prioritized, and handed off.
  • Define and govern the martech stack: what you use, why, and how it connects, with a bias toward consolidation and AI-native tooling.
  • Own the highest-priority cross-functional initiatives — the ones that need someone with full context on marketing strategy, operations, and data to drive to a clean outcome.

Who you are

  • You've personally built and shipped AI agents or automated workflows, not just evaluated tools. You've used LLMs to change how you work.
  • You come from marketing and know the engine: demand gen, lifecycle, campaign and lead ops, and the martech that runs them (Marketo, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • You're technical and data-savvy: comfortable in SQL and data models, reasoning about APIs and integrations, and light scripting — enough to build, debug, and architect systems, not just spec them.
  • You've led MOPs or RevOps at a B2B SaaS company as a strategic function and pushed it past campaign support.
  • You've made data legible to executives by building the narrative, not just reporting the numbers.
  • You've managed technical ICs and know how to create direction for people whose work is hard to scope.
  • You see AI adoption as a systems problem. You build the infrastructure and workflows that make AI useful across a team, not just training decks that explain it.
  • You thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the scope expands with what you can build.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
