Account Executive, Corporate

Remote - US

Airtable helps organizations build the applications and workflows they need to run their most important business processes, without being constrained by off-the-shelf software. Its flexible platform combines a relational database, custom applications, automations, and AI, giving teams the building blocks to create solutions around the way they actually work.

Just like Lego blocks, what our customers can build with Airtable is virtually limitless.  That flexibility is why more than 500,000 organizations, including 80% of the Fortune 100, use Airtable to power critical work across their businesses.

We’re builders at heart, and we’re looking for builders who want to expand what’s possible in Airtable and what the world can build with it.

As a Corporate Account Executive, you’ll work with a portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market customers across a wide range of verticals and industries. That means the best outcomes rarely come from running a standard playbook. We need someone who finds that energizing, someone curious enough to understand how a complex organization actually operates, disciplined enough to orchestrate complex,multi-threaded sales cycles, and resourceful enough to bring the right people in at the right moment.

If you’re excited by the challenge of turning an initial opportunity into a strategic relationship, navigating increasingly complex deals, and finding new ways for Airtable to create value across an organization, you’ll thrive here. We hire Corporate AEs with growth in mind: you’ll get the exposure, coaching, and increasing deal complexity you need to ramp quickly toward becoming an Enterprise Account Executive.

What you'll do

  • Turn Airtable’s large self-service user base into new business, using existing adoption and proven use cases to uncover and develop high-potential opportunities.
  • Build relationships with leaders across functions and industries, understanding what matters to them and finding opportunities to expand Airtable’s impact as their organizations grow.
  • Own and prioritize your book of business, developing thoughtful account plans and finding your way from an initial champion to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from first conversation through close, bringing in Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and other partners at the right moments to move opportunities forward.
  • Become a trusted advisor to prospects: understand their business objectives and bring Airtable’s flexibility to life through compelling use cases that show how the platform can solve their problems and transform the way their teams work.

Who you are

  • You bring 1-3 years of quota-carrying closing experience at a technology company
  • You’ve successfully closed deals with mid-market and larger organizations (50-3,000 FTEs), with a track record of hitting or exceeding your sales goals.
  • You can run a structured sales process (e.g., Force Management) with rigor and self-awareness. You know where your deals stand, what needs to happen next, and which stakeholders to bring in at the right moments to move them forward.
  • You’re a strong communicator and relationship builder. You build credibility with business leaders and executives, develop the trust needed to move opportunities forward, and create alignment across g stakeholders at each stage of the sales lifecycle.
  • You’re an adaptable seller. You’re comfortable moving across industries, use cases, and buyer personas, and you know how to make your approach relevant to each.
