The Role

We’re looking for a Field Marketing Marketing Manager (Contractor) based in Sydney to drive pipeline generating marketing programs across the ANZ region. This is a pipeline-first role: you'll design and execute regional marketing programs that directly generate and accelerate enterprise pipeline in ANZ.

Reporting into Field Marketing, AMER/ANZ, you’ll work closely with the local sales leadership, cross-functional marketing teams, and local partners to create impactful regional programs tailored to the Australian and New Zealand markets. You'll own a region end-to-end, with direct line of sight to pipeline and revenue impact. At Airtable, you won't just run programs — you'll build them with AI, using the same tools you're marketing to your customers.

What you'll do

Drive Pipeline Through Field & Demand Programs

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing programs (digital campaigns, executive roundtables, field events, webinars, partner activations) working alongside the AMER Field Marketing team
  • Partner closely with Sales to align on account priorities and pipeline goals
  • Support ABM initiatives in collaboration with global marketing and regional sales teams

Build and Execute Regional Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement the ANZ regional marketing plan aligned to global priorities and regional revenue targets
  • Identify growth opportunities within key industries and accounts in the region
  • Localize global campaigns and messaging to resonate with the ANZ market

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Act as the primary ANZ marketing point of contact for regional stakeholders and partners
  • Coordinate with global campaign, content, digital, and product marketing teams
  • Manage external agencies or vendors as needed

Measure & Optimize

  • Track program performance, pipeline impact, and ROI
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to regional and global leadership
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize regional tactics

Who you are

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
  • Experience owning regional or field marketing programs in ANZ
  • Genuine enthusiasm for building with and using AI in your work
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, ABM, and pipeline marketing
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Must be based in Sydney. Expect 20% - 30% ANZ travel.
  • 40 hours / week commit

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Airtable or similar no-code AI platforms
  • Strong understanding of PLG -> enterprise motions
  • Experience marketing to enterprise and mid-market audiences
  • Familiarity with the ANZ technology ecosystem
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools

Why Join Airtable

This is an opportunity to shape and scale Airtable’s presence in ANZ at a pivotal stage of growth. You’ll have autonomy, visibility, and the ability to make measurable impact — while working with a collaborative global marketing team.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
