As the Associate Director, Workplace Experience, you will shape how AirTrunk’s workplaces evolve across Asia Pacific, creating environments that reflect our brand, elevate the employee experience, and enable people to do their best work. You will lead the development and delivery of our workplace strategy, influencing both physical spaces and cultural connection across the region.

What You'll do

• In this role, you will guide corporate real estate, workplace programs, hospitality, events, integrated facilities management, travel, and wellbeing.
• You will design governance frameworks, implement service delivery models, and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless, high‑quality workplace experience.
• You will also oversee major office projects across Australia, Japan, and Singapore, optimise travel and facilities programs, and champion sustainability initiatives including WELL certification, resource efficiency, and community impact.

What you'll bring:

• To succeed, you bring senior experience leading workplace strategy and operations across APAC, with strong capability in corporate real estate, vendor partnerships, hard and soft services, and commercial negotiation.
• You excel at guiding teams, collaborating across functions, and translating strategy into practical, scalable delivery.
• You approach work with curiosity, clarity, and a commitment to continuous improvement, ensuring AirTrunk’s workplaces remain safe, inclusive, and energising for everyone.
