A Snapshot
- As a Senior Talent Partner, you will play a key role in shaping AirTrunk’s growth. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent you will work with the broader People & Culture team and business and help build high‑performing, diverse teams across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
- You will attract, recruit, and onboard exceptional talent while contributing to broader People & Culture initiatives. Your expertise will guide hiring teams to make informed, effective decisions that support AirTrunk’s continued success.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding experience, ensuring every candidate has a great experience
- Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates, and provide consultative guidance to hiring teams
- Build and manage recruitment agency partnerships where required
- Maintain accurate, consistent job descriptions across the business
- Oversee external job advertising and ensure compliance with local market testing requirements, including immigration and visa processes
- Develop strategies to build diverse talent pipelines across regions and functions
- Source talent directly through various platforms, networks, and referrals
- Strengthen relationships with hiring teams to generate high‑quality candidate pools
- Contribute to People & Culture projects and initiatives
- Utilisation of reporting to support data‑driven decision‑making
What You Bring
- 6+ years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, ideally across Corporate Services functions (Finance, Marketing, Legal etc)
- Previous experience in Asia Pacific and Middle East highly desirable
- Experience in internal recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building capability
- Confident negotiation and influencing skills
- Adaptability in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- Excellent communication skills
