A Snapshot
As an Executive Assistant in AirTrunk’s Head Office in Sydney, you’ll provide high‑quality support to the Chief Customer and Innovation Officer while partnering with senior leaders across the business. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, enabling efficient decision‑making and exceptional stakeholder engagement.
Please note this role is based in the office 5 days a week.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day‑to‑day executive support to the Chief Customer and Innovation Officer.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and support stakeholder interactions.
- Arrange and oversee corporate travel, itineraries, and logistical requirements
- Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, meeting packs, and minutes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process expenses, invoices, and financial reconciliations.
- Handle confidential correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Support leadership communications, internal events, and cross‑functional initiatives.
- Manage general administrative duties including document management, couriers, printing, and ad‑hoc project support.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience providing executive‑level support, ideally to C‑suite or senior leaders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and anticipate needs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and professionalism.
- High judgement, confidentiality, and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment.
- Adaptability, collaboration skills, and the ability to build strong relationships while improving processes.
