Your Impact
Join AirTrunk, where the cloud meets the ground. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting critical data centre operations that power the digital future across the region.
Reporting to the Maintenance Service Manager, you’ll work closely with technicians, engineers, and vendors to ensure reliable, efficient, and compliant maintenance across site operations.
What you’ll do
- Support planning and delivery of maintenance activities to ensure 100% uptime
- Coordinate work orders, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and asset data within CMMS systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers to manage on-site activities
- Maintain accurate records, support audits, and contribute to reporting and compliance
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years’ experience in maintenance planning, ideally in critical environments or data centres
- Technical qualification in electrical, mechanical, or related field
- Experience using CMMS platforms (e.g. Maximo, ServiceNow, Tririga)
- Strong stakeholder coordination, problem-solving and data management skills
