A Snapshot
As the Senior People Operations Specialist based in our ATHQ, reporting to the Manager, People Operations, you will work with the wider People & Culture Team and cross functional stakeholders to enhance the AirTrunker experience by optimising people processes, driving automation, and ensuring compliance. Through a strategic lens you will manage the employee lifecycle, improve operational processes, support complex queries and junior team members in a dynamic environment.
Your Day to Day
- Manage, execute, and optimise AirTrunker lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, internal appointments, etc.
- Support complex employee lifecycle changes such as international relocations including immigration requirements
- Serve as the administrator of P&C systems partnering with IT on system upgrades or enhancements
- Identify opportunities and make strategic suggestions to improve P&C operational processes and systems, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and data accuracy
- Support and mentor Talent & People Operations Coordinators and act as an escalation point
- Perform regular data audits to ensure compliance, accuracy, and completeness of people data
- Develop and maintain documentation (SOPs and process maps) and guidelines for key People Operations processes
- Collaborate with the wider P&C team, corporate services, and other stakeholders to drive operational excellence that meets business needs
- Support P&C projects as assigned
- Lead process management and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in People Operations within a fast-scaling environment, across APAC
- Experience with a variety of HR technology
- Demonstrated experience handling global mobility / international employment matters
- Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in People processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience supporting HRIS or system transformation projects highly regarded
