Your Impact
As a Technical Services Manager (TSM), you will partner closely with the Senior Technical Services Manager (STSM) and Operations team to help deliver reliable, high-performance data centre operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical activities, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do

Take ownership of a defined site area or customer portfolio, managing operations and escalating priorities as needed

Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive and reactive maintenance, ensuring change and incident processes are followed

Collaborate with Development teams on construction and installations, ensuring systems meet operational standards

Ensure compliance with SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and regulatory requirements (safety, environmental, building, and industry accreditations)

Act as the primary operational contact for customers, including incident management and escalation

Support commissioning, service provisioning, minor projects, and ongoing performance and risk analysis

Participate in on-call incident response and conduct regular site inspections
What you'll bring
-
5+ years’ experience in data centres, facilities, engineering operations, or related fields

Ability to develop and review technical documentation (e.g. MOPs, RCA reports)

Experience managing vendors and coordinating service delivery

Familiarity with BMS, CMMS, and customer systems
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
-
NV1 clearance (or ability to obtain)

A flexible, proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
