Product Manager, ITSM Apps & AI Ops

The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered ITSM, AI Ops, and Analytics solutions. You’ll collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to define product requirements, shape roadmaps, and drive execution. This role also involves engaging with customers to gather feedback, supporting go-to-market efforts, and ensuring successful adoption and customer outcomes. Due to the nature of the work, this position requires U.S. Citizenship.
This role is based out of our Santa Clara, CA office, and an Onsite interview is required as part of the process (with some flexibility to WFH).
Key Responsibilities:
- Write product specifications for engineering and data science teams.
- Collect feedback from customers and prospects to create a unified product backlog.
- Analyze the IT Operations, Cloud Operations, Service Operations market to help clarify our competitive position.
- Be the CEO for your product area - end-to-end responsibility from idea to production.
- Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
- Deliver Product roadmaps for your area of responsibility.
- Enable Customer Success teams in go-lives and continuous improvement.
- Work with Marketing on GTM product assets.
- Support Sales & Pre-sales in sales cycles and closing deals.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience
- Proven track record in developing and launching ITSM, AI Ops, and AI-driven enterprise products
- Experience with AI Ops, monitoring or observability products required.
- Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
- Experience creating strategic product roadmaps, working with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing
- US. Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer science required (MBA preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Startup experience
- Experience in Analytics/visualization tools is a plus
- Enterprise SaaS PM experience
- Domain expertise in IT, HR or Customer Support
