The Role:
At Aisera, you will be driving the deployment and use of cutting-edge Conversational AI solutions in our customer environments. We’re building a world-class Customer Success team, where each individual loves to move fast, be challenged, and is constantly looking for opportunities to make our customers successful. AI Customer Success team partners closely with other stakeholders to understand the customer’s requirements and drive all technical aspects of the onboarding phase. This involves activities such as: setting up integrations to customer’s systems, designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA), running health checks, etc. You will lead the charge in defining the best practices for customers to get the most out of our AI solutions. Due to the nature of the work, this position requires U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and deploy AI agents using Aisera's AI platform and tools.

Integrate AI agents with external systems (APIs, databases, CRMs, etc.) to ensure seamless workflow integration.

Optimize agent performance (e.g. fine-tune prompts and configurations) and troubleshoot issues in complex enterprise environments.

Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate business needs into AI Agent solutions.

Conduct interactive demos and present compelling proof-of-concepts to customers, proactively gather feedback, and iteratively refine solutions to meet objectives.

Define project milestones, create implementation plans, and coordinate execution with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for the customer, guiding best practices for AI agent adoption and usage.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or system integration.
- Proficiency in Javascript, Java, and/or Python, with the ability to write clean, efficient code.
- Experience with implementing OAuth, OIDC, and/or JWT authorization flows
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts. Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques is required. Hands-on experience with building agents through LLM frameworks such as LangGraph or PydanticAI is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of general AI agent frameworks, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Hands-on experience of building such a system is strongly preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, monitoring). Experience with ELK and AI monitoring tools such as Langfuse is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
- Ability to use data-driven decision-making, including A/B testing and performance monitoring, to refine solutions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
