SAT and academic tutors wanted! Attractive office at 585 Plandome, Manhasset (by the LIRR train station), great training! $45-$55/hr. Join the most professional tutoring team on Long Island. If you're bright, energetic, and eager to meet students in person, we’d love to talk with you!

Ideal tutors are:

• Passionate about education
• Experienced in working with students
• An expert in a high school academic subject and a college graduate
• Conscientious, punctual, reliable, and on top of organizational tasks
• Excellent at communicating with students, parents, and colleagues
• Proactive and efficient in your work
• Team-oriented and coachable
• Enthusiastic and positive!

Tutors must:

• Have a 4 year college degree from a great university
• Commit to a minimum of 12 tutoring hours per week with a few additional hours of administrative work
• Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Work at Test Takers through the end of the 2025/26 school year
• live locally in Nassau County

Now with new ownership and a partnership with AJ Tutoring (a 1-on-1 tutoring company in the SF Bay Area), TT is proud to open its own attractive new office in downtown Manhasset, by the LIRR station, where it will offer customized one on one tutoring for the SAT and academic subjects, including math, chemistry, physics, biology, history, English, and study skills.
