Location:
Akaysha Head Office - Melbourne, Cremorne. We're open to a hybrid working style; spend time in the office and at home.  

The role:

This position exists to support multiple Directors of our renewable energy business. As Executive Assistant to the company Directors, you will play a critical role in managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Directors schedules. You will be a key team member of the Akaysha team. 

You'll find yourself working with supportive and personable Directors that will assist in fostering a great working relationship. Directors who are willing to give you autonomy in your responsibilities and empower you to take full ownership of your role, this role offers an opportunity to be involved in all pillars of the business 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Directors calendar, scheduling meetings and putting together Agenda's/Itineraries
  • Assisting with processing monthly expense claims for Directors, ensuring receipts are submitted on time.
  • Managing travel arrangements including Visa requirements and at times group arrangements when travelling together as well as putting together high level itineraries/agenda associated with trip
  • Planning and coordinating meetings/agendas for overseas visitors
  • Assisting /planning and coordinating internal conferences and leadership workshops along with EA to CEO

What you'll bring:

  • 7- 10+ years’ experience in a similar role supporting either C-suite Executives /Directors.
  • Technically proficient using Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to proactively priorities and organise work without supervision with high degree of attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work while leveraging problem solving skills
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with a small, fast-paced team and make critical decisions quickly
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and develop in a fast-paced sector
  • Understands the high degree of confidentiality that comes with the role and being privy to sensitive information
