Location:

This position will be based in our Cremorne, Melbourne Office.

Reporting to:

Director; People, Safety and Marketing.

The role:

As the Akaysha team grows, so too do our offices spaces and our workplace experience function. You will be initiate, plan and deliver for all offices, team events, and our social calendar globally.

With offices around Australia and in Portland, Houston, Singapore & Tokyo, we're looking for someone with an enablement focused mindset who will create a positive and engaging workplace for all our Akaysha employees.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Plan, design and support office experiences to create a welcoming and engaging space for employees. This includes producing and maintaining policy, process & systems to support the smooth operation of all offices
  • Collaborate with building management on lease renewals, insurances including to lead acquisition, fit out and office moves when required
  • Manage ‘reception’ – welcoming & seating visitors as required including parcels, mail & deliveries and ensuring meeting rooms and shared spaces are kept tidy and ready for use
  • Collaborate and support with Corporate IT Manager on office AV / IT and manage disaster recovery plans in collaboration with IT
  • Support GM, HSE with office WH&S administration & initiatives and admin tasks and projects across the employee lifecycle.
  • Support and deliver social & events calendar, Support employee social clubs and coordinate the planning & logistics of the Christmas Party & Conference
  • Procure & manage office services, suppliers, equipment and inventory and manage office budget.
