HR Recruiter
Summary
Being a HR at Acurus Solutions Pvt Ltd you will be handling recruitment , onboarding , and employee engagement activities. And you will be reporting to the Senior HR Manager. This is a full-time role based in our Chennai office.
What you will do
- You will be responsible for attracting the best talent in the market ,using our Applicant Tracking Software – Greenhouse ,right from application to offer acceptance.
- Onboard new employees on their first day to get them ready to contribute to the team using our HRIS. This includes making sure all employees complete required HR training and are familiar with company benefits and policies.
- Work with other HR peers and the business line leader to design and roll out new employee retention programs and hiring.
- To engage employees on the cultural activities and festival programs that takes place .
What you have
- 2 to 4 years experience as a Recruiter
- Experience in Campus Recruitment
- Experience in working ITES industry
Nice to haves
- Experience using Greenhouse recruiting software
- Postgraduate Management degree or diploma in HR.
