The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Clinical Marketing & Communications Manager to lead provider- and patient-facing marketing and communications for Akido’s multi-specialty medical group and affiliated IPA. This role focuses on translating clinical operations, care models, and physician excellence into clear, compelling, and compliant messaging that builds trust in the communities we serve.
This is a manager-level, hands-on role reporting to the Chief Communications Officer and working closely with clinic leadership, physicians, clinical operations, compliance, and corporate marketing partners.
What You’ll Do
- Lead local marketing and communications efforts for Akido clinics and affiliated practices, ensuring accurate and consistent representation across all channels
- Develop and execute provider-facing communications, including physician profiles, storytelling, onboarding materials, and engagement content
- Own patient-facing communications across digital, email, print, and in-clinic touchpoints
- Translate clinical workflows, services, and care models into clear, patient- and provider-friendly messaging
- Elevate Akido physicians—particularly primary care—through authentic storytelling that highlights quality of care and community impact
- Drive brand consistency across locations, addressing outdated or fragmented branding and aligning all assets to Akido standards
- Manage clinic-level digital presence, including websites, local listings, email campaigns, and social media
- Partner closely with Clinical Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Corporate Marketing to ensure regulatory alignment
- Track performance and refine messaging to improve engagement and effectiveness
Who You Are
- 5–7+ years of experience in healthcare marketing or clinical communications
- Experience supporting medical groups, clinics, or provider organizations directly
- Skilled at translating complex clinical concepts into clear, approachable language
- Comfortable working in regulated healthcare environments and value accuracy and compliance
- Strong writer and editor with a high attention to detail
- Hands-on, organized, and thrive in cross-functional environments
- You build trust easily with clinicians, operators, and marketing partners

Salary range
$110,000 - $140,000 USD
