Akoya Behavioral Health is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician!

The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, organized, and they are excited to step up and guide a passionate team of professionals working with children with autism to help them lead happier, healthier, and more productive lives!

 

Overview:

The Lead RBT supports operations at their assigned clinic location and in- home by providing leadership to their assigned RBTs/staff, maintaining compliance to external and internal policies and regulations, and participating in quality control efforts. Lead RBTs facilitate the development and maintenance of a positive, collaborative, and safe work environment in which Akoya's clientele may receive high-quality behavior-analytic services in addition to providing 1:1 services as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

 

    Qualifications:

    • RBT certification OR willing to obtain RBT certication within 2 weeks after acceptance of position.
    • At least 6 months of employment with Akoya Behavioral Health.
    • Flexible availability.

Candidate Qualifications:   

    • High school degree or higher. 
    • Preferably a portion of or complete bachelor’s degree in child development, psychology, or early education.  
    • RBT certification in good standing preferred.  
    • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.  
    • Passion for working with children.  
    • Reliable transportation and Driver’s License required.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements:

    • Must be at least eighteen years of age.
