  • Oversee electrical installation, commissioning activities, and QA/QC requirements for renewable projects.
  • Verify that all electrical work meets design specifications, safety standards, and jurisdictional requirements.

Planning and Execution

  • Review work plans, means and methods, safety procedures, and schedules for electrical and general construction scopes.
  • Monitor the arrival, staging, and storage of electrical equipment and permanent materials.
  • Track progress against key milestones and collaborate with EPC partners to adjust plans when required.

Quality, Compliance, and Documentation

  • Participate in punch list, mechanical completion, and substantial completion walk-downs.
  • Support inspections, environmental compliance reviews, and permit closeout activities.
  • Identify recurring inspection issues and coordinate with the team on whether corrective action is needed.
  • Understand Inspection and Test Plans and notify QC personnel of required inspections or hold points.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of onsite activities, decisions, and site conditions.

Leadership and Problem Solving

  • Identify risks related to electrical scopes, technical specifications, and field operations.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and help implement corrective and preventative actions.
  • Serve as EPS’s onsite representative and foster strong relationships with clients, utilities, AHJs, EPCs, and community stakeholders.
  • Model EPS values through professionalism, integrity, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Training and Development

  • Strengthen your knowledge of electrical systems in utility-scale renewable projects.
  • Share expertise across teams and support the development of junior field personnel.
  • Contribute to operational reviews, shutdown planning, and time analysis activities.

Who You Are

  • Experienced construction professional with electrical background and familiarity with solar, BESS, or wind projects.
  • Skilled at coordinating multiple trades and managing electrical scopes in a fast-paced field environment.
  • Strong communicator who builds trust with EPC partners, utilities, and internal teams.
  • Excellent at documenting meetings, decisions, and site changes.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe, and construction scheduling tools.
  • Safety trained for field work (OSHA 10).

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
