Territory Sales Representative- Florida

As a Territory Sales Representative at Aktivate, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in key markets, driving new business, and supporting school programs to thrive. This full-time role offers a combination of base salary and commission with the potential for residual income while allowing you to make a significant impact in your community.

*This is a full time position for candidates living in Southeast Florida.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and meet with coaches, athletic directors, and school leaders
• Present the Aktivate platform through in-person meetings, phone calls, and video demos
• Launch successful fundraising campaigns with dedicated support throughout
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of active and prospective schools and teams/programs in your territory
• Track outreach, results, and pipeline progress in our CRM
• Develop a trusted reputation in your market as the go-to partner for digital fundraising

What We're Looking For 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with coaches and educators.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet deadlines and close deals.
• Passionate about helping school programs succeed beyond sales.
• Familiarity or strong connections with the local school or sports community.
• Organized, accountable, and reliable in following through on commitments.
• Adept at navigating a remote role, including travel, virtual meetings, and CRM management.
