The Manager of E-Commerce & Growth Marketing drives Alabaster’s revenue growth and profitability across all digital and retail channels. By leading a team and leveraging data-driven strategies, you will optimize ad spend, channel efficiency, and customer acquisition to maximize contribution margin. You will bring immense value by blending analytical rigor with creative execution—ensuring Alabaster’s beautiful, faith-driven products reach more people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 specialists across Amazon, Paid Media, Shopify, and Wholesale
  • Own topline revenue and contribution margin across Meta, Amazon, Shopify (DTC), TikTok Shop, and Wholesale channels, analyzing performance by channel—balancing ad spend, shipping, merchant fees, and fulfillment costs to improve contribution margin
  • Develop and manage annual sales and profit forecasts, ensuring growth aligns with company margin targets
  • Partner with Finance and Operations to align forecasts, inventory flow, and pricing strategies that optimize profitability
  • Foster collaboration with Brand, Creative, and Operations to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Present sales, contribution margin, channel efficiency and business reviews with actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Lead Alabaster’s Meta Ads and all paid media strategy and execution—owning campaign setup, creative testing, targeting, and ROAS optimization
  • Oversee external partners for Amazon PPC, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads, ensuring spend efficiency and performance accountability
  • Develop cross-channel attribution and LTV models to guide spend toward high-return audiences and products
  • Use data to identify trends, new platform opportunities, and growth levers to increase both sales and efficiency through data-backed decision
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems that track sales, contribution margin, CAC, ROAS, and LTV across all channels.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in e-commerce, performance marketing, or channel strategy at a DTC, CPG, or lifestyle brand
  • Experience leading a team, fostering growth through strategic guidance and performance development
  • Proven ability to drive both revenue growth and contribution margin improvement across multiple e-commerce channels
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (strategy, creative testing, optimization)
  • Strong understanding of Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Wholesale channel dynamics
  • Solid financial and analytical acumen—comfortable interpreting P&Ls, ad spend efficiency, and margin data
  • Demonstrated success managing and developing a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketplace dashboards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a bias toward ownership and accountability

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience scaling an eight-figure e-commerce business or owning P&L responsibility
  • Familiarity with Ingram, CoreSource, NetSuite, or other wholesale operations platforms
  • Knowledge of creative testing, conversion optimization, and LTV/CAC modeling
  • Exposure to both DTC and omnichannel retail business models
  • Passion for mission-driven, faith-based brands and alignment with Alabaster’s vision of Beauty on Earth
