We’re looking for a Junior Marketing & Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent college graduates with a background in marketing and internship experiencing connecting marketing initiatives to real sales results.

You’ll help drive growth across our online marketplaces, supporting product launches, optimizing listings, managing advertising campaigns and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee, analyze and execute the day-to-day performance strategies of Alabaster’s sales accounts, ensuring sales growth, profitability and brand consistency
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams across Operations, Brand and Demand Planning to forecast needs, track inbound shipments and prevent stockouts or overages
  • Support ongoing product detail page (PDP) optimization including imagery, copy and keywords to improve visibility and conversion
  • Monitor listing suppressions, reviews, and account health alerts, coordinating with the Customer Experience team to resolve issues quickly and protect brand reputation
  • Review ad performance and adjust bids, budgets, and creative assets based on ROAS and ACOS performance
  • Plan and execute major seasonal promotions including Prime Day, Cyber Week, and Holiday Deals, submitting Lightning Deals and coupons to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Internship or early experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or sales-focused marketing
  • Strong interest in marketplaces and e-commerce growth (Amazon and/or Meta ads experience a plus)
  • Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing performance metrics and making data-informed decisions
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Highly collaborative, creative with strong skill in initiation and communication skills
