
Inventory Control Specialist

Job Description
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our Operations team. A qualified candidate must be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced and growing start-up environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in ERP (NetSuite).
• Execute and record all inventory adjustments and reconciliations.
• Manage and approve inventory transfer requests in NetSuite.
• Support quarterly and year-end physical inventory counts and audits.
• Oversee material movement between Warehouse, QC, and Production per requests.
• Maintain bin location accuracy and update all inventory transfers in the system.
• Support RMA/RTV processes and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with kitting, staging, and Kanban replenishment to support production needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory control processes align with company policies and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
• B.A. degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP System strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of materials management, inventory processes, and audit requirements.
• Experience in ISO 13485/QSR environment a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
The hourly range for this full-time position is $26-$32/hr + bonus + equity + benefits. Our hourly ranges are determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The ranges displayed on each job posting reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries but are subject to change if the leveling of the role is adjusted.
