  • Manage revenue, margin, demand planning, pricing strategy, and lifecycle performance for the platform.
  • Deliver business reviews, forecasts, and updates to leadership.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder groups, resolve conflicts, and ensure crossfunctional alignment to achieve business objectives.

  • 10+ years of experience in life sciences, proteomics, diagnostics, or related markets, with a proven track record of commercial success.
  • Strong experience with life science instrumentation, ideally integrating hardware, assays, consumables, and software.
  • Background in R&D or product development, with the ability to translate technical requirements into customer‑centric product features.
  • Experience with software development, informatics tools, or analytics platforms that support product and business insights.
  • Demonstrated lifecycle product management experience for complex, multidisciplinary products.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of advanced technology platforms in emerging or growth‑stage markets.
  • Strong technical and business acumen- business modeling, pricing strategies, market analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and power point presentation skills —with the ability to translate complex science into clear, compelling messaging and to persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, collaborate, and inspire cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally as required.

Preferred:

  • Direct experience with high-plex immunoassays, NGS-based proteomics, or related multi-omics platforms.
  • Strong network within neurodegeneration, immunology, oncology, or cardiometabolic research communities.
  • Experience supporting global biopharma and large academic customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.

  • A passion for unlocking biology at its deepest level and transforming healthcare through proteomics.
  • A strategic mindset with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes.
  • Scientific gravitas combined with commercial intuition.
  • The ability to inspire, influence, and build community across the global scientific landscape.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
