Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Processing sales team orders (preparing documentation, organizing transport) in accordance with applicable procedures
- Contact with customers within pre- and post-sales processes (e.g., complaints, shipment status, stock levels)
- Communication with colleagues regarding product availability and order fulfillment
- Entering data into IT systems and monitoring data quality within these systems
- Processing documents in line with applicable procedures
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English at a minimum B2+ level
- Experience working in a sales support or customer service team
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel (ability to work with data tables, knowledge of basic formulas)
- Experience working with domestic and international carriers is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of current export regulations (e.g., completion of a customs law course in export) is an advantage
