Marketing & Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Brand Associate to support the firm's marketing and branding initiatives. This role will play a key part in developing marketing collateral, creating digital content, supporting firmwide events, maintaining brand consistency, and assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and understands how to apply established branding standards across a variety of projects. While prior legal or workers' compensation experience is not required, candidates should be comfortable supporting a professional B2B organization and creating polished, client-facing marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Collateral & Creative Development

  • Design and develop marketing collateral including flyers, one-pagers, sponsorship and event materials, presentations, event signage, promotional items, client communications, and recruiting materials.
  • Create branded visual assets for print, digital, social media, email marketing, and event use.
  • Maintain consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Coordinate with vendors and both internal and external stakeholders to produce high quality marketing materials.
  • Manage marketing asset libraries and ensure brand standards are consistently followed.
  • Assist with firmwide marketing campaigns and internal initiatives.

Branding & Creative Execution

  • Apply the firm's established brand standards, visual identity, and messaging across all marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency across social media, website content, event materials, presentations, advertisements, recruiting efforts, and client-facing communications.
  • Adapt creative assets and messaging for different audiences while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Help strengthen and evolve the firm's brand through thoughtful design, storytelling, and content creation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect the firm's reputation, culture, and values.

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Assist in planning content across social media platforms.
  • Assist with content development for employee spotlights, recruiting campaigns, firm announcements, event promotions, and community involvement efforts.
  • Monitor social media trends and contribute creative ideas for new content opportunities.

Event Marketing & Content Capture

  • Attend select conferences, networking events, sponsorship events, community activities, and firm functions on an as-needed basis to capture photos and video content.
  • Support event promotion before, during, and after events.
  • Coordinate event signage, sponsorship assets, promotional items, and marketing materials.

Website & Digital Content Management

  • Perform routine website updates using WordPress.
  • Update content, images, attorney biographies, event information, and landing pages as needed.
  • Assist with maintaining website accuracy and ensuring content remains current.
  • Collaborate on website improvements and user experience enhancements.
  • Advanced WordPress experience, including creating pages, adding buttons, updating navigation menus, and implementing website enhancements, is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Two or more years of marketing experience.
  • Experience creating marketing collateral and branded marketing materials.
  • Experience and strong understanding of social media content creation, platform best practices, content strategy, and audience engagement across professional social media channels.
  • Highly proficient with Canva and other design platforms. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a professional services, legal, insurance, financial services, or other B2B organization.
  • WordPress website management experience a plus. Basic understanding of SEO and website best practices.
  • Advanced WordPress experience including page creation, button implementation, landing page updates, and basic website enhancements.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.

We are looking for someone who understands how to build and maintain a professional brand across a variety of channels. The ideal candidate can take established brand standards and consistently apply them across marketing collateral, digital content, social media, events, recruiting initiatives, and client facing communications.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of creative design, content creation, event marketing, branding, and project coordination, and who is excited to contribute to a growing and highly collaborative team.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $65,000/yr + $50 monthly electronics reimbursement & discretionary bonus
