Our Product Designer (MXC) will work closely with our Senior Product Designer, Product Managers, and Engineering to bring beautiful, usable, and accessible interfaces to life. You’ll help shape how customers interact with our products—from wireframes to polished prototypes—and make sure those experiences work seamlessly across devices, languages, and levels of ability. This is a great opportunity for a designer who loves solving problems, refining user flows, and sweating the little details that make a big difference.  

Who You Are:  

You see design as a tool for clarity, not just decoration. You love turning complexity into simplicity and believe great UX starts with understanding the problem. You get just as excited about a beautifully aligned layout as you do about writing thoughtful alt text or tweaking a flow to shave off two unnecessary clicks. You’re comfortable sketching ideas in a notebook, building them in prototyping tools, and iterating based on real feedback—from users or teammates. You care about the details, but you don’t get stuck in them. You ask good questions, listen carefully, and collaborate generously. When priorities shift (and they do), you adjust with curiosity and keep your eye on what matters most: building meaningful, accessible experiences that work for everyone.   

What you get to every day:      

  • Partner with our Senior Product Designer to execute on a range of design projects across web and mobile platforms  
  • Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and UI specifications to support new features and product iterations  
  • Contribute to the design system and ensure consistent UI patterns, responsive behaviors, and polished visuals  
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure implementation matches intent  
  • Help validate and improve designs through user feedback, testing, and iteration  
  • Support UX efforts around accessibility (a11y), responsiveness, and internationalization  
  • Advocate for thoughtful, user-first experiences that solve real problems and align with business goals   

What You Bring:  

  • 2+ years of work experience designing web or mobile apps  
  • A strong portfolio showcasing product or UI/UX design work  
  • Proficiency with modern design tools   
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility best practices, and common UX patterns  
  • Experience working with product managers and engineers in an agile development process  
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills  
  • A curiosity for how things work and a drive to continuously improve them   
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage working on multiple projects in parallel    
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment    
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to effectively work cross-functionally in a fast-paced challenging environment     
  • English proficiency (written and oral) is required    
  • This is a hybrid position (2 days a week) in the Reforma area of Mexico City, where you’ll get to collaborate with our amazing engineering team    

Bonus Points:  

  • Experience designing for multilingual audiences or international products 
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development workflows 
  • Prior experience contributing to or managing a design system
