The Lifecycle Marketing Manager owns the email and nurture channel end to end, from strategy through execution, testing, and optimization. We’re grateful for the opportunity to help organizations protect their people and their business, and the Lifecycle Marketing Manager will create strategic programs to support the business in nurturing leads, creating opportunities, and accelerating existing pipeline. This includes building and optimizing persona-based lifecycle programs that move leads from MQL to Sales Accepted Lead and opportunity.

You enjoy working hand-in-hand with the sales team to push leads down the funnel, start valuable conversations, and accelerate the deal cycleYou are comfortable owning a core demand generation channel and being accountable for pipeline and conversion outcomes. You add real ownership elsewhere with channel accountability. 

What you get to do every day: 

  • Lead integrated strategy for lifecycle marketing campaigns, creating scalable, data-driven, lifecycle and email-led programs programs for AlertMedia’s prospective customers. Ultimately, you’ll ensure our opportunity goals are met according to plan. This role focuses primarily on email and nurture-led lifecycle programs executed through our marketing automation platform. 
  • Transform leads and MQLs into SRLs; increasing engagement with our current database, driving product awareness, and igniting conversations for our sales team. This includes designing triggered workflows, inbound follow-up sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and demo request nurtures 
  • Drive end-to-end campaign orchestration from strategy, collaborating with the larger marketing team on execution, and reporting on campaign performance. You will personally build and QA campaigns in Marketo, partnering with Marketing Operations for lead flow and reporting support. 
  • You will prioritize lifecycle programs that reduce friction in the buyer journey and improve Sales follow-up efficiency. 
  • You will track and optimize MQL to SAL conversion, pipeline influence, and opportunity acceleration 
  • Build and maintain ongoing communication with the sales team. You will align closely with SDR and AE teams to ensure lifecycle campaigns support active follow-up priorities 
  • Constantly measure performance against expectations; make data-driven decisions to heighten campaign success; suggest and implement additional strategies to assist sales in creating more opportunities. You will run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, cadence, and CTAs, and share results openly to inform future programs. 

What you bring to the role: 

  • 3+ years of marketing, sales, consulting, or related experience (at a B2B SaaS company, preferably)  
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform (required) 
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including campaign tracking and lead flow (required) 
  • Experience using tools such as Litmus for email QA and deliverability (preferred) 
  • Understanding of email compliance and deliverability best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) 
  • Experience using AI tools to improve campaign production, personalization, or testing efficiency (preferred) 
  • Goals driven individual that will go above and beyond to ensure we meet our numbers  
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders – both internal and external – to successfully deliver on programs and campaigns  
  • Creative problem solver, with a track record of creating unique solutions to complex problems 
  • Skilled project manager with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines   
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, and ability to make sound, data-driven decisions  
  • Excellent communicator, with an ability to influence and compel through a confident and credible delivery  
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written 
  • Position is open for remote work in Mexico only. Must reside in Mexico
