
Marketing Director- (Bilingual Spanish/English)
Overview
We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-oriented Marketing Director to lead our marketing function from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a candidate who thrives in fast-paced environments, can move seamlessly between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution, and is passionate about building high-performing teams.
The Marketing Director will define and drive the company’s marketing strategy, with a core focus on growth, customer engagement, and brand leadership in the Latino community. This role will oversee all aspects of marketing—digital, brand, content, and creative—while owning performance metrics and budget accountability. Our primary marketing platform is Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and proficiency in running performance campaigns on this platform is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, lead, and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals.
- Design and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on paid social (Meta Ads), audience segmentation, budgeting, and performance optimization.
- Build and lead a high-performing in-house marketing team, with a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive customer acquisition and brand engagement strategies specifically tailored to the Latino community, ensuring cultural relevance in all marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, alignment, and ROI across all initiatives.
- Own the marketing budget and performance forecasting; track KPIs and deliver regular reporting on campaign effectiveness and strategic insights.
- Identify emerging trends, tools, and technologies to keep the company ahead of the curve in digital marketing and brand engagement.
- Oversee key marketing channels including social media, content strategy, digital campaigns, partnerships, events, and community engagement.
- Provide creative direction and quality control across all marketing outputs.
- Act as a key voice in the company’s growth strategy, bringing a marketing lens to broader business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA or Master’s is a plus).
- 10–15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with proven leadership in developing and executing brand and performance strategies.
- Deep understanding of and experience marketing to the Latino community (Bilingual Spanish/English required).
- Proven success in managing Meta Ads and digital marketing budgets with measurable results.
- Experience building and scaling marketing teams in high-growth or startup environments.
- Strong analytical skills; fluency in marketing analytics, attribution models, and tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative thinker and problem solver with a bias for action and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves.”
- High comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, and resource-constrained environment.
